To support the on-floor retail teams in driving customer experience and sales through product availability, merchandising support, back-office organization and acting as the inventory ‘conduit’ between retail store and warehouse
Ownership of back-office organization and storage/organization of stock
Accountable for stock delivery process – both ‘in’ and ‘out’, discrepancy management
Business partnering with Inventory department to ensure effective stock management, low shrinkage and 100% compliance around inventory expectations, sharing best practice and ideas to management to drive continuous improvement
Follow-up on stock requirements with buyers and WH
To take lead on the store’s mandated stock count cycles
Inventory spot checks to ensure there are no risks or stock gaps
Merchandising support on the floor as and when required
Customer service and shop floor sales support as and when required
Train, develop and coach the retail team on all matters related to inventory management
Ensure compliance with safety and mall regulations – stock management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED1,800.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
