We are hiring a Chief Accountant for one of our esteemed clients in Dubai, specializing in the real estate industry.

Position: Chief Accountant
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Dubai
Qualification: CA Articles completed, CA Inter, or B.Com plus ACCA

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience is mandatory
Proficient in using accounting software
Experience in creating projected financial plans, budgets, and cash flows
Strong analytical skills
Excellent Excel skills
Preferred experience with property developers
Excellent communication skills
