Job Description:
Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers.
Meet with clients to assess their property needs.
Assist clients in process of buying, selling, renting through site visits, viewings, and sales process.
Act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers.
Advertise sales of properties using various mediums like open houses, multiple listing services, and networking.
Keep up to date with new launches and projects.
A high level of determination and work ethic.
Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Motivated by high performance and earnings, but also giving great service.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Build good working relationships among Brokers and Clients.
Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
Marketing listings for clients for potential sale or rental.
Keeping up to date with current offers with Developers on the existing and upcoming projects.
Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
Preferred Skills:
At least 1-year experience in Dubai Real Estate
Should obtain Attested Bachelor’s Degree
Good communication skills
can speak in English
Confident Telephone Manners
Should hold Driver’s license
