BPG is looking for a curious data driven Digital specialist who breathes ideas, doesn’t settle for the ordinary and leads towards innovation. The selected candidate will have the chance to collaborate with some of the region’s most prestigious brands and help accelerate their growth while meeting key KPIs and objectives.

The Role

In collaboration with the Media Director, as a Digital Media Manager you will be leading the creation, direction and on-going development of your client’s Digital planning and optimization while measuring their campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include:

· Leading on the day to day communication with multiple clients across different categories such as E-Commerce, Retail, Automotive and Education.

· Building cross channel data driven strategies and go-to-market media plans.

· Having an in-depth understanding of the lower funnel digital ecosystem along with the ability to give directions on performance driven campaigns.

· Building and activating digital marketing strategies across all channels such as paid search, paid social, video, display & programmatic.

· Being a team player with the ability to lead on multiple projects.

· Attentive to detail and data oriented with knowledge of best practices in the industry across the GCC region.

· Ensuring excellent relationships with other agency business units as well as key media owners.

· Taking ownership of campaign performance with expertise in preparing qualitative and quantitative periodical reports.

· Being constantly up-to-date on Digital & Tech developments in order to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

· Supporting on new business RFPs.

Skills required:

· Multi-national agency background with at least 5 years of Digital media planning expertise.

· Exceptional client facing communication & presentation skills.

· Meticulous and rigorous with high attention to detail.

· Well versed with biddable platforms and their analytics.

· Multi-tasking skills with the ability to deliver as per set deadlines.

· Pro-active and takes ownership of tasks at hand.

· Able to define problems and recommend solutions.

· Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
