BlackOak Real Estate is looking for a talented and creative individual to join its marketing team to support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
Research, conceptualize, and produce videos
Produce videos efficiently employing a variety of elements, including video assets, photo assets, logos, typography, data visualization, animations, etc.
Source content, stock video, imagery, music, voice-over, and sound effects
Creativity to multiply content 5x that will be posted across a variety of social media platforms (Memes, Gifs, TikTok Videos, Instagram Stories, etc.).
Prepare email campaign designs that will be used for promotions/offers
Work with the team/departments to extend concepts and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related materials
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Knowledge of web design to assist in the creation of landing pages
Coordinate with outside agencies, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as required
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Design
Proficient in using Adobe Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 1-2 day turnaround time on finished pieces
Experience in finding and collecting relevant footage and other material to be incorporated into edits
Proactive attitude in problem solving
Experience in producing polished, professional video edits and motion graphics from concept to completion
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Photography skills and experience are a plus
Previous experience in real estate will be a plus
