Job Description:
· Promote properties for selling or leasing through advertisement, open houses and participation in multiple listing platforms.
· Provide expert and trusted advice to clients to help them find their request.
· Communicate knowledge and expertise related to market dynamics, prices, mortgages and legal requirements specific to the leasing of properties in Dubai to clients.
· Prepare documents including contracts, agreements, deeds and leases.
· Coordinate property closings, supervising the signing of documents and disbursement of payments.
· Present offers to landlords and owners.
· Take photographs of existing properties, inside and out, for the purpose of advertising them.
· Analyze the local real estate community to fully comprehend its potentiality.
· Negotiate prices with clients and agree on leasing terms.
· Perform comparative market analysis to determine a property’s competitive market price.
· Participate in conventions, seminars and staff meetings to remain up-to-date with the latest real estate market dynamics and regulations.
