Quooker Emirates
Account Manager – Retail/KTR, has the responsibility to grown and maintain business within assigned territory. Demonstrate competent sales abilities through the development of positive customer relationship. Provide exemplary customer service through frequent face-to-face visits, phone calls and emails. Most of the job is out of the office building relationship, ensuring Quooker grows to its full potential. You report to the UAE managing director.
Your responsibilities:
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
Developing quotes and proposals for clients (if required)
Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes
Draw up client agreements – depending on the size of company, this task may be completed by someone else, or agreements may not be as formal
Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests
Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the relevant department
Attend seminars, conferences, trade shows and events where appropriate
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the related field
Create and maintain a sales pipeline
Increase sales of the business and reach targets and KPIs
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy related to your job
Maintain up-to-date customer information and industry knowledge
About you:
Bachelors in engineering, economics, business, interior design, architecture or marketing
2-3 years’ experience in a sales role or related position
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, international mindset and a ‘can-do, hands-on’ mentality
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Affinity with technical products is preferred
Good communication- and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365 environment and CRM/ERP systems
Proficient in English
