I was worked as Inventory Management Executive and Warehouse Management in Computer Care Group deals with computer products and one of the Leading Company in supply of computer products. With six unique showrooms which deals in Trading (Export/Wholesale/Retail) of Laptop, Desktop, Hardware, Software and other Accessories of Computers.

Updating goods orders in the system on daily basis.

Recording of Stock reports on month basis.

Submitting the stock report to the Managing Director

Preparing LPO’s (Local Purchase Order) for suppliers.

Stock control and proper maintenance of stock in every showroom.

Distribution of goods to all branches in Dubai

Maintenance of data on “EMAS ERP” application.

Support to the sales team

Materials management, cost reduction, problem solving, storage, staff training, maintaining safety measurements, handling materials of large quantity.

Handling warehouse inventory, make sure all incoming shipments were completed as per  procedures,

Corresponding with customers for shipment deliveries, raising discrepancy notes and mailing to the concern authorities. Follow up for the shipment; follow up for the short shipped materials.

Supervise subordinates on both incoming and outgoing shipments and in allocation of materials.
