RESPONSIBILITIES
* Calling, emailing or contacting customers from the office
* Understanding customer needs and requirements
* Learning the details of products and services offered
* Providing competitive analysis to clients
* Identifying target markets or accounts
* Managing customer relationships and scheduling face to face interactions
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services
* Troubleshooting customer queries
* Meet customers face-to-face in prospective markets. Involves traveling to businesses, events or clients place
* Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
* Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates
* Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work – Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
* Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships – developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
* Updating and using relevant knowledge – keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
* Developing and building teams – encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Native or Professional English Speaker is a MUST – Russian ,Arabic, Chinese it will plus .
* 1-2 years of Property Consultant experience is a MUST.
* Strong communication skills.
* Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
* Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling property.
* Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
* RERA Certification is an advantage.
* Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work.
* Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant.
* Pleasant and trustworthy.
