Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst. The incumbent will serve as the liaison between the employees, Business, and IT department facilitating business requirements gathering. Responsible for translating business needs into IT solutions across programs, projects, and strategic initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Gather intelligence from all departments of their business and IT needs as well as future growth.
Assume responsibility for project tasks related to Business Requirements and UAT to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing the company’s software, hardware, and Business processes, especially those that need automation.
Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs (if required)
Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Develop application strategic plans and practical implementation strategies relative to business applications.
Facilitate and manage the development of system specifications through detailed analysis with the Business units, IT and vendors.
Support the acceptance of applications and application enhancements via formal test processes and participates in the creation of Test Plans and Strategies.
Participate in the creation and execution of Change Management strategies and plans.
Support the Head of EPMO in Strategy Development and Oversee Key Strategic Projects
Support the Head of EPMO in Business Development related tasks

Qualifications:

Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
Desirable: Master’s Degree
Minimum five (5) years working in Management/ IT Consulting organizations or Financial Services industries with a focus on Investment Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management or Capital Markets

Skills:

Experience in Business/ Functional Requirements Gathering and UAT cases development and support execution for Front-Office, Middle-Office, and Back-Office including Epic and Stories development for systems implementation
Experience working in the brokerage/ trading/ investment banking industry supporting electronic trading systems is a must.
Experience with JIRA (Epics, Stories), SharePoint, SQL (Queries), BPM tool (Bizagi, MS Visio).
Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including MS Project and MS Visio.
Proficient in data analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in technical writing and presentations and a good team player.
Strong investigative and troubleshooting skills.
General understanding of software implementation and systems design including UX (User Experience)
Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, and proactive
