Job Responsibilities:
Generating leads and clients.
Assist sellers and buyers with purchasing or selling the property.
Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value.
Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers for property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Manage property resale.
Keep up to date with market trends.
Prepare necessary documentation.
Job Requirements:
At Least 1 or 2 Years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
With valid U.A.E driving license.
Strong sense of responsibility and aggression.
Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Industry.
Good communication skills in English is a MUST. Other languages such as Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, and Urdu have added advantages.
Dynamic Personality and Interpersonal Skills.
Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends.
