Primestay is currently looking for Admin and Listing Coordinator for our growing team. Only with Holiday Homes or Dubai Real Estate Experience will be considered.
• In-charge of the reception area and managing answering incoming calls
• Entertain and welcoming visitors in reception
• Experienced in working with MYCRM, Property Finder Manager & Brokerpad
• Added advantage: Experience in Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia Extranet
• Maintain documents related to all property listings.
• Arrange and schedule photoshoot for all new listings
• Ensure proper documentation, proper descriptions, good quality of photos of listings before go-live to property on all portals.
• Apply for verified listings and apply verified agents
• Assist and coordinate with clients
• Communicate with Advertising Agencies/ Companies/ Websites for company listings
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Real Estate experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent Communication in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent time management Skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Work independently with little supervision and be a fast learner
