Responsibilities
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Finds and reaches out to new prospects
Discover clients’ criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker
1-2 years’ of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
Strong communication skills
Proven track record of sales
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
