The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
Accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Execution of daily accounting operations and monthly closing and reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
Maintaining an orderly filing system.
Preparation of LPO, Quotations, Invoices, Receipts and Payment Vouchers, following up customer payments, aging of outstanding amounts.
Making routine financial reports/summaries on weekly, monthly basis.
Managing expenditures, credit, payrolls and employees settlements.
Prepare tax documents.
Compile and analyze financial statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting.
Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures and systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
