A global market leader of roofing and cladding materials, based in Dubai, is seeking Emirati Candidates with experience in the construction industry to join the existing sales team.
The role of this position is to be responsible for multitask operations functions. Also, to support and facilitate Good Governance, Compliance & Efficient Administration of the Processes.
Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantity and all other customer requested items on sales orders.
Provide sales analysis and guidance; assist in the implementation of sales strategies.
Coordinate with the entire team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
Proper Document Control and filing all documents.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Prepare Quotations and data entry.
Follow up with customers and achieve sales order and quotations target every day.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
3 – 5 years sales experience within the Building Materials and understanding of roofing products in the UAE.
Must hold an Engineering degree.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and SAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated and able to contribute to a team environment.
Technical aptitude desired.
