POSITION PURPOSE
• Promote and highlight the concepts of Lighting products to walk-in Customers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and Contractors.
• Increase sales of company showroom.
DELIVERABLES
• Educate every customer about the concepts of company Lighting products, USPs, competition benchmarking and value addition to the customers.
• Make customers visualize a luxury lighting experience in the showroom.
• Ensure conversion of walk-in customers to sales.
• Going out and meeting with Architects, Interior designers, Developers/Builders to educate them about lighting solutions.
• Place the brand in the mind of architects, dealers, walk-in clients who visit the showroom.
• Understand the needs of the customers and address the same.
• Establish personal rapport with customers.
• Maximize customer engagement appropriately within the showroom.
• Upselling and closing the deal with win-win approach.
• Meet personal business target.
• Co-ordinate with other sales teams to invite their contacts and possible leads to visit the company showroom.
• Introduce and promote new products brought out by the company from time to time.
• Ensure customers are properly followed-up after their visit to company showroom for generating business.
REQUIREMENTS
• Have prior experience in high-end, luxury building materials showroom in UAE.
• Have prior experience with the concept of ‘need creation’.
• Ability to acquire quick, sound product knowledge.
• Can quickly build lasting relations with customers.
• Expertise in need identification of customers.
• Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility.
• Experience of / exposure to concept selling rather than product selling.
SALARY: AED 9000-10,000 plus insurance and annual passage for self only.
