A fast growing, high-end food hall with independently run food and cafe concepts is looking for a new Breakfast and lunch chef (Urgent).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Good in salads, sandwiches, breakfast bowls and other breakfast and lunch items including high Tea
Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies
Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards
