Responsibilities
Utilizing & Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
conduct viewings of properties to potential buyers and renters.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Promote sales & lease of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Develop content for sales presentations and other materials.
Facilitating negotiations
Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous Experience in Real State specially in resale and leasing
Driving License
