Aara Inc (www.aarainc.com) is looking for a Fashion & Print Designer in Dubai UAE to join immediately. Aara Inc is a design studio that covers a gamut of activities from apparel design to production, trend forecasting and textile/print design. Below are the prerequisites for the job:
Candidate should have a relevant design degree
Atleast 2-3 years work relevant fashion design work experience
Portfolio with demonstrated fashion and print design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Should have strong technical skills and garment understanding
Should have good knowledge of fabrics, sourcing and production processes
Flexible, open to learning and multitasking
Responsibilities will include:
Creating entire design collections for clients as per design brief (Mens, Womens, Kids)
Creating linesheets, techpacks
Creating artworks and prints as needed.
Sourcing of fabrics and trims locally and internationally
Overseeing sampling, sourcing, quality control and production
Liasoning with vendors as needed
Liasoning with clients as needed
