Job Description
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Head chef in UAE or GCC countries working in Hi-end restaurants / cafe
Only those who are currently available in UAE, and willing to relocate Dubai, May apply
Must be well aware of current /Modern trends in food production and presentation
Your core responsibilities include but not limited to:
Clearly communicates and follows through on areas of responsibility delegated to subordinates to achieve coordinated approach of production.
Regularly evaluate the department or team objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed
Oversees the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen employees to assure that food preparation is economical and technically correct and within budgeted labor targets.
Manages preparation of pricing, menus and beverage by taking into consideration competition, trends, recipes, product pairings, potential costs, availability of products and merchandising and promotions.
Analyzes of food cost variance reports provided by finance to identify gaps in production, ordering and invoicing.
Ensures the cost-effective utilization of staff and equipment.
Frequently reviews quality of purchased goods is in line with product specifications.
Assures the timely delivery of the department’s services via forecasting and planning of labor requirements.

Salary: AED1,500.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
