Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Document Transfer: Efficiently ferry important and confidential documents to concerned departments/offices when requested and instructed.
Parcel & Letter Distribution: Collect, sort and distribute couriers or parcels among employees and concerned departments with utmost care.
General Work: Provide assistance in the general up-keeping of the office. Conduct general work of clearing and shifting furniture when required. Serve refreshment to staff and visitors. Monitor the use of equipment and office/ pantry supplies and inform the secretary.
Store Keeping: Store the office supplies, printing material and stationary. Maintain the storage locations and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualification: Secondary School Certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Office Helper/Office boy role.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED1,000.00 – AED1,300.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
