AllDetails, an award-winning boutique PR and Communications agency based in Dubai Media City, UAE is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic and proactive Social Media Executive – English & Arabic.
The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality clients alongside global corporate companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage all company social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Manage social media for clients including strategy, content creation, scheduled posts, and creation of in-depth reports
Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Works with the PR department to develop social media timelines coinciding with new press releases, campaigns, and brand messages
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
The ideal candidate must have at least one to two years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or communications including social media management.
Native level written & spoken Arabic is a must. A strong level of written and spoken English is a must, enabling strong dual-language content development skills, and must be comfortable writing social media content relevant to each platform (FB, TW, IG, LI)
S/he should have a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously
Knowledge of using social media management and publishing tools (eg. Later, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Knowledge of social listening tools (eg. Sysomos, Meltwater)
S/he should have strong research, writing, editing, and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
