Alliance Française of Abu Dhabi is looking for an administrative and accounting assistant to perform a variety of financial tasks.

Job description

Under the authority of the Head of the Resources Department, your main tasks but not limited to will be :

Accounting assistant

– Preparation and control of accounting documents

– Preparation of payment requests

Administrative assistant

– Creation of recruitment files and personnel files

– Follow-up of applications and recruitment assistance

– Follow-up of holidays and schedules

– Administrative relations with third parties

– Filing and archiving

Position details

– Position to be filled as soon as possible

– One-year renewable fixed-term contract

– Part-time at 80% of 32 hours per week (full-time possible in the short term)

– Exceptionally, attendance outside of regular hours may be requested for one-off Alliance events.

– Work indoors, in the offices of the Alliance Française. Partial teleworking possible.

– Salary according to profile

Qualifications

– Bac +2 in business administration and management (BTS, DUT, DEUG)

– Successful experience of 2 years in administration

– French, English and Arabic (Arabic would be a plus)

– Computer skills
