Architect (Russian Speaking) – Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional architectural projects
Prepare technical drawings and documentation, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations
Oversee project development from concept to completion, managing timelines and budgets
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors in both English and Russian
Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural trends and technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum of [X] years of experience working in an architectural consultancy
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Russian and English (both written and verbal)
