This Job requires a high level of relationship building and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in the same field. Salary will be based upon experience.
Responsibilities
You should have a deep understanding of credit cards and be able to explain complex financial concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner
Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls
Engage and Educate customers on product usage
Present and sell all Retail banking products (credit card) to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
Following up with customers to close the deal
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Banking Sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Ability to identify potential Customers
Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills
Self Motivated & Target oriented person
Candidates with Retail banking experience in UAE would be given preference
Qualification: Any graduate
