Job Description
Work closely with the architectural and 3D design teams to prepare 3D visualization for high-end luxury residential projects
Understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this to a graphic representation. This may involve reproducing the architects’ concept into a visual form or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphical format and into photorealistic 3D renderings and animations/CGI
Prepare advanced presentations in various graphic mediums
Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
Be able to administer creative control and provide quality assurance on
creative deliverables
Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data specified within projects, and realize those designs as compelling imagery
Development of a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications
Efficient modeling and converting data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages
2D and 3D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings
Requirements
Must be an expert in the use of software: 3Ds Max / Maya / Vray / AutoCAD / E-on Vue, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and any other graphic or rendering software
It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function
Must be fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, and know about related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques

Work on the part of the Client
Work with high-end luxury residential projects, ranging from 450 to 4000 sq.m
The level of remuneration is discussed at the meeting
