Bashta is looking for Senior Architects and Senior Interior Designers to join our ambitious,
dynamic, high-performing, and friendly team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
We are looking for progressive, energetic, confident, highly creative, enthusiastic
Architects and Interior Designers with excellent communication skills.
Able to work and make decisions both independently and as part of a team
on a range of projects in the Middle East, primarily focusing on:
Luxurious Interiors Design
Luxurious Villas Projects
High-end Residential Projects
Cottage Towns Projects
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Fluency in artistic tools and the ability to create presentations
and concepts with your own hands on paper and computers.
Preparing detailed drawing packages and specifications.
Communicate effectively with consultants, and teams to address project needs.
Working with other design professionals to coordinate all other disciplines.
Work on projects from concept design to execution and completion.
Qualifications
A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum ten years of experience
Proficient knowledge of the full process of design and construction.
Experience in practical design. Built projects. Experience on a construction site.
Fluency in BIM software.
A wide knowledge of the design industry.
High level of commercial awareness.
Presentation skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent English skills (written, reading, spoken).
