– Must have at least 2 years experience in ACCOUNTING.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Bachelors Degree/Masters’ Degree in Accountancy
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Accounting related platforms (Zoho Books, PACT)
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) Customer credit monitor, aging report, SOA updates on time, payment follow up to collection.
• Liaising with auditors yearly
• Follow-up with customers/clients for payments
• Creating and sending invoices, LPOs, payroll, petty cash
• Upholds the value of integrity and honesty
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent English language (verbal & writing) & communication skills.
