Our client a leading Insurance company is seeking to hire call Centre agent with Insurance background.
Job Summary:
Communicates with internal and external customers about policies, solutions, and marketing initiatives.
Job Functions
· Handle direct clients (individual) with and sell TMNF insurance products.
· Provide timely and accurate response to client inquiries on existing policies with regard to policy amendments, billing, claims and upcoming renewals.
· Provide quotations for various individual line products such as Motor, Travel, and Home Insurance.
· Review customer documents based on company guidelines prior to policy issuance.
· Process the renewal of policies for existing clients via E-portal.
· Promote any on-going campaigns and schemes both for Individual and Corporate clients.
· Release renewal notices to existing clients and follow up on their confirmation.
· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails and chat inquiries.
· Promote TMNF products over the phone and discuss the details of policy coverage.
· Research, identify, and resolve customer queries by utilizing available tools.
· Complete and update all abandoned, call-backs, customer feedback requests from all sources.
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Salary: AED 4000 – 4500
Notice Period: Immediate
Insurance Experience is a must.
