Academic Coordinator for City Private School, Ajman
Responsibilities
Planning curriculum in line with yearly syllabus, unit lesson plans & daily lesson plans with teachers for execution of outstanding classes.
Assessing the quality of teaching and report constructively on learning along with Senior Leadership Team and support in the professional development of teachers
Development of educational programs and faculty development.
Revising the existing programs or curriculum and introduction of new programs with respect to the requirements of student’s
Encourage high standards in all aspects of school life.
Contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school.
Registration of students with CBSE, report, data submission and various other CBSE activities like affiliation, extension etc.
Conduct internal CPD workshops and also recommend external workshop for training the teachers, phase leaders and coordinators throughout the year.
Requirements:
An effective and dynamic leader with a minimum of 6+ years of overall experience in education, and over 4+ years in education leadership role in a CBSE curriculum school.
Master’s degree in education related field and B.Ed. degree. Educational qualification Equivalency is a must.
Preference will be given to the candidates who have prior experience in a School or secondary wing of a CBSE school.
Proven experience in Leadership roles.
A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching & learning.
