Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, including experience in a leadership role
-Demonstrated knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
-Ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
