We are looking for someone who will develop distinct textual languages for us and is abreast of trends and updates on the social media and general news front.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Writing captions, copy, proposals, press releases and content for website and blogs
· Develop textual tonality and style guides for various subject(research based)
· Work in a multidisciplinary team
· Ability to work across silos
· Stay up to date with latest trends, social media tools and industry practices
· Thorough understanding of schools of writing
· Impeccable spelling and grammar
· Excellent at fact checking and line reading
· Willingness to learn and innovate constantly
· Good at research
Requirements and Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a writer( sample required)
· Based in Dubai and able to work out of office, as required
· Excellent writing skills
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media platforms
· Good communication skills, i.e. written and verbal, to develop a wide-range of materials; and ability to interact effectively with different target demographics
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to lead projects and take initiatives as well as troubleshoot
· Detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
· Experience in writing for different types of mediums and varied tones of voice and style
· Deeply passionate about writing
· Ability to write in Malyalam will be a bonus
