Responsibilities:
Manage and guide local e-commerce operation strategy and plans in terms of merchandising, sales,activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery;
Ensuring a seamless launch for all online campaigns: Sharing the product content (descriptions, translations, resized images, adapted banners) with the markets, and making sure products and campaigns are set up correctly and supporting markets to set up promotion rules;
Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, Conversion, and Return rate on a monthly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit;
To cultivate online shopping in local online markets by means of gaining new users, maintaining active users, improving conversion rate and etc;
Plan and organize Off-site marketing Campaign to increase the on-site sales revenue: email, text, SEO, google ads and social medial campaigns/promotions etc.
Direct and implement regular marketing event to generate more traffic and sales.
Create reports to analyze of sales, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs.
Professional skills/ knowledge:
Excellent communications skills in English, written and oral, Arabic is a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of e-commerce;
3 years of experience in e-commerce is necessary;
Experience in social media or SEO optimization a plus.
