A French/Russian event company, with over 10 years in the UAE market is looking to hire an Event Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. You will also fill the role of office manager and make sure all templates and documents are kept up to date, fill the calendar and be the first point of contact with clients when they call.
Visa, insurance, yearly ticket, etc, are provided.
The salary range is AED 4500 – AED 6500, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities:
Accounting
Administrative procurement (vendor registration etc.)
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Event administrative support
Outreach and follow-up email
Meeting minutes
HR
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Good written and spoken English
understanding of accounting and accounting software
