Looking for a full time LIVE-IN “MALE HOUSEKEEPER” required for a VVIP Arabic Family at Saadiyat Area, Abu Dhabi.
>Salary : AED 2,000 + Food Allowance: AED 500
>Visa & Sharing accommodation will be provided.
>Ability to speak ENGLISH, Arabic is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for cleaning outdoor common area
-Maintaining Garden and Playground area
-To take care of swimming pool
-To manage general maintenance works at Villa
-To report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
-To observe and report damage of Villa property to concerned person
-To communicate with maintenance company and arrange for the maintenance work on time
-Providing security and monitoring actively around the whole area of Villa premises.
-Open gate to allow entrance/exit of people, vehicle and authorized visitors.
-To manage delivery items from outside
-To monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacement
-Collect and dispose of trash
-To care for household pets
-Maintain all electric and security related matters at Villa
