SENIOR EXECUTIVE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA:

Special project team is looking for an experienced and senior digital account manager to join our team. As a digital account manager, you will be responsible for our social media accounts alongside in putting on our own social media strategy – this will include analysing and leveraging data and analytics, ensuring growth and engagement, creating content for all features, developing brand vision and strategy, keeping abreast of trends and updates, researching best practices, social and digital marketing, researching and using key tools and developing pitches and proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Excellent knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter – including algorithms and trends

· Develop, implement and manage day-to-day social media strategies and activities

· Translate brand essence on social media

· Grow audiences and engagement

· Define and execute account KPIs

· Create and supervise captions, hashtag strategies, and audio-visual content

· Manage client relationships

· Manage posting and hygiene changes on each of the accounts

· Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars, content schedule and post approved content for multiple accounts

· Create social media campaigns

· Measure the success of every social media campaign

· Performing social media audits and sending weekly/monthly reports

· Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

· Use social media tools such as Planoly, Hootsuite and other listening tools

· Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers

· Track and analyze SEO and analytics in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization

· Strategize and execute marketing and promotions, including influencer marketing

· Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media

Requirements and Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or a similar role

· Able to work out of home and office, as required

· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media platforms

· Keen editorial sense

· Excellent manager and organizer

· Proven ability to lead a small team

· Good communication skills, i.e. written and verbal, to develop a wide-range of materials; and ability to interact effectively with different target demographics

· Practical knowledge of advanced social analytics, SEO, web traffic metrics

· Experience in content creation, social media posting and audience management

· Good understanding of social media KPIs

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Ability to lead projects and take initiatives as well as troubleshoot

· Detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills

· Good understanding of design and writing to be able to create precise briefs for writers and designer
