Female Sales & Procurement Coordinator

We are hiring for a Female Sales & Procurement cum Supply Chain Coordinator for part time.
Timings: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Salary: 3500 AED per month
Duty hours: 9 hrs duty with 1 hr break
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai
Working days: 5 days a week, 2 weekly off
Duration: 4 months (July to November)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Unload / receive shipments from suppliers.
• Prepare orders and deliveries as per the orders received including accurate packing & labeling of
the products.
• Proper shelving, arrangement, and storage in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with customer on orders – confirmation, processing, update on order, payment
collection and support to Training Dept & Sales Manager.
• Maintain clear Inventory Records as per policy.
• Perform inventory count in the warehouse.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders for incoming and outgoing
deliveries.
• Registration of products.
• Assist Finance during month end for documents provided, reconciliations and reporting.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Good computer knowledge including use of scanners, accounting systems
• Basic understanding of accounting and prepare relevant documents
• Physical Ability to move inventory, carry boxes, re-arrange shelves.
• Organization and management skills – to organize inventory and arrange in the most efficient way
• Communication skills – to coordinate with customers and internal team
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• May be required to work during weekends, split shifts in the evenings, extended hours during
peak months/ increased activities
