Main responsibility is to support the Project Managers and other departments with necessary information to execute the project in time and within the allocated budget.
Prepares baseline/ tender Programs , covering the entire scope of works and within the defined timelines.
Detailing the activities involved in the project along with all required materials, manpower, machinery, and cost loading.
Preparing progress S- Curves, manpower histogram, cash flow and KPI’s.
In charge of Project Monitoring. If there is any deviation or delay that may affect the initial plan, to review and revise the program to meet the target date of completion
Coordination with all departments which are directly involved in the execution of projects
With expertise in using related Tools & Softwares like Primavera, MS Project, Microsoft suite and power Bi.
