The general objective of the job:
The internal audit expert is responsible for supporting the implementation of the internal audit plan and programs covering all aspects of operations in the COMPANY ; This supports the provision of a high-quality control environment and effective corporate governance in the department.
Job Requirements:-
Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline; eg finance, financial management,), accounting, business administration, economics.
● Certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CIMA) / Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or similar qualification and membership of the Institute of Internal Auditors and preferably other audit / risk management certification(s)
Experience • At least 6-8 years of experience, including experience in auditing.
Knowledge, abilities and skills knowledge
● Proven track record in internal/external audit and risk environment; This indicates strong performance in conducting audits and high quality results and reports.
● Understanding of laws, regulations and policies established for the energy sector.
● Awareness of the culture of the work environment in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
● Deep understanding of the energy sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
