Hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for a Real Estate company based in Dubai. Please share your CVs
Responsibilities
• Create and implement programs and plans for digital marketing to advertise our real estate services throughout the GCC.
• Develop, oversee, and improve digital advertising campaigns on social media, real estate listing websites, and Google Ads.
• Examine rivals and market trends to find possibilities and risks in the GCC’s real estate sector.
• Put SEO techniques into practice to raise our website’s exposure and position in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Oversee and expand our social media presence by producing interesting material, sharing frequently, and answering questions.
• Develop and oversee email marketing programs to cultivate leads and sustain client relationships.
• Monitor and share key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in the GCC region, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Salary- 7000 to 10,000 AED(Negotiable).
