In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning and development of our HR policies, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and driving our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic HR plans.
– Create and refine HR policies to align with organizational goals.
– Introduce and manage best practices in HR management.
– Oversee the continuous development of our HR team.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government HR regulations.
– Handle organizational change and manage hierarchy and structure adjustments.
– Conduct regular assessments to identify and address HR needs.
– Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
– Design and implement training and development programs.
– Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet HR needs.
Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience in HR planning and development.
– Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and best practices.
– Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and government HR regulations.
– Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
– Proven ability to manage and implement HR initiatives efficiently.
– Skilled in managing organizational change and structuring hierarchy.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
– Arabic language proficiency is an asset.
