Dubai Verse Cup
Dubai Verse Cup is a 3D card game based on the block-chain. It employs Defi and NFT technology to make the crypto world accessible to hundreds and thousands of gamers. For the first time, players are able to actually “own” their game horses. Players can use their tradeable NFT horse cards to experience the PVE mode, PVP mode, and even occupy grasslands with other players of their guild.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the research of art technology, and solve various technical problems encountered by artists
2. Complete rendering development, procedural generation or other art effect realization and performance optimization
3. Be familiar with and study various functions of the engine, help artists to use the engine efficiently, and make various plug-ins to improve production efficiency according to the needs of the project
4. Fully understand the needs and problems in the development, cooperate with artists and programmers, and provide adequate technical support
5. According to the changes of game design, art and program in the project development, constantly maintain and optimize the art workflow, and develop the technical specifications of art resource development according to the performance test
6. Write documents and participate in the construction of TA technical library
Job Specification
1. Have good aesthetic skills, have a clear understanding and identification ability of light and shadow, colour, dynamics, proficient in the development process and specifications of all kinds of game art resources
2. Have good team spirit, communication skills and good product thinking, have enough understanding of the working mode of game designer and programmer, can cooperate with game designer and programmer in project development, and help to solve technical problems between artist and programmer
3. Proficient in Unity3D engine
4. Familiar with design patterns and other basic computer knowledge, proficient in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C#, C++, etc
5. In-depth understanding of how real-time engines work, understanding the efficiency bottleneck of art effects and mastering optimization methods
6. Master the basic knowledge of computer graphics, have a deep understanding of lighting model and linear algebra in graphics, familiar with GLSL or HLSL, can achieve light and shadow rendering and other expected effects with Shader
7. Familiar with Houdini, have strong design ability of HDA, understand its application in the game industry, and have experience in plug-in development in Houdini
8. VR/AR experience is preferred
