We are looking for Estimator, should be passionate, self-motivated, and dedicated candidate with a strong attention to detail. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. You will coordinate and monitor all the resources essential for completing the project on time and within budget.
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:
- To have proven experience in the oil/gas and marine projects / UAE – KSA Market
- Knowledgeable of rope access and related oil and gas requirements
- Well-connected in the market within the oil/gas and marine fields
- Able to estimate job accurately during sites inspections
- Liaising with clients throughout projects to ensure further business is relationships are developed.
- Able to build and manage competent technical teams and oversea projects
- Knowledge in but not limited to NDT, rigging lifting, blasting/ painting, basic fabrication, rig leg repair and repairs.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Science or relevant discipline is an advantage
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team-management and leadership skills
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
