Job Title: Facility Manager
Job Location: Dubai
The FM is basically responsible for the performance of maintenance projects under his control and is to ensure that staff provide and execute services delivery in accordance with the project specification, and line with SLA.
To ensure service delivery of the contract(s) is in accordance with the Contract Agreement and SLA.
The overall allocation and control of the company’s staff for each project.
The overall allocation of plant and equipment for each project.
Monitoring of progress, quality, and safety to each project.
Ensuring that the profitability of the contract(s) achieves as a minimum the level set within the estimate and budget.
Maintain close relationship with management, clients, customers, and Consultants for each project.
Expected Requirements / Skills:
Wide and extensive knowledge of providing Hard Facilities Service delivery to demanding clients.
A minimum 10-year Gulf experience in a similar role and capacity within FM.
Sound Business and commercial acumen.
Experience in Contractual, Commercial and Engineering.
