Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager – Cloud/Network Technologies / Telecommunications

Key duties & responsibilities
You will be working within one of our core sectors, developing new and existing client base from the start. You should have a minimum of 4/5 years’ experience in Business development and recruitment on a 360 basis:
· Generating new client business
· Managing the client
· Resourcing candidates
You will be able to demonstrate success in growing and developing key account relationships and successfully delivering or managing the delivery of services, whilst generating new business and developing new opportunities within the cloud technologies sector working on a mixture of large international accounts as well as SMEs.
Much of our work is people to people and a good outgoing personality with excellent people skills is a must.
Arabic is a plus but not necessary.
Experience recruiting within one or more of the following industries: Telecommunication / Cloud Technology / Digital / TMT
Ideally working in a similar role with a recruitment agency, but in-house experience may be considered instead.
On the basis of your personal billing success, you would be able to lead and build the desk in our Dubai office as your career path.
