Forest Hills Dubai is looking for an Offplan- Specialist / Property Consultant with 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate in Dubai.

Key Job Functions:
β’ Actively be involved in the Off plan sale transactions on behalf of the clients/buyers.
β’ Stay updated with all the latest projects under the Off Plan stage.
β’ Stay updated with the USP of each ongoing project.
β’ Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise.
β’ Creating and maintaining relationships with the Sales team from the Developer office.
β’ Understand and Assess buyers’ needs and suggest properties for their consideration.
β’ Always give options to buyers for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option and are guided well.
β’ Having regular meetings with clients and accompanying them at the Developer’s office to explain the project in detail.
β’ Attend Developer briefings and Project launch events.
