FP Models Agency and Academy
FP Models, established initially as a modelling agency and academy in 2016, currently functions as an agency for professional models and an educator of all things fashion for everyone passionate about fashion. FP models company provides the whole production cycle for clients, from providing models for shooting to a turnkey photoshoot for business. Currently, with offices in New York, Kyiv, and Dubai.
EXPANSION
Since 2016, the company has worked as a modeling Agency and Academy in the CIS countries. Since November 2020, FP Models, under its US entity, has been offering online courses in the US market – mainly in NYC. Given the positive student feedback, in May 2021, we started offering live classes. Live classes have already taken place in NYC and Miami. In March 2022, we launched in Dubai and are growing.
POSITION: Booker (Â the person who organizes a model’s jobs at the agency)
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Bringing new clients to the company (B2B and B2C sales).
-Searching and providing commercial projects for models and talents.
-Leading the company’s clients and up-sales services.
-Carry out meetings and castings at the office with clients and models.
-Fill in data in the CRM system.
-Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
-Customer support – answering current questions, attending photoshoots and events.
-Achievement of the sales plan.
-Communication with models, maintaining a database of models and talents.
NECESSARY SKILLS
-Fluent English
-Experience in models/talents booking
-Charismatic with a positive attitude
-Proactive and punctual
-Target driven
-Basic software skills
DESIRED SKILLS
-Good communication skills in Arabic
-Good negotiation skills
-Ability to effectively work in a dynamic and growing start-up environment
-Proactive and mindful of the competitive business environment
-Experience with CRM systems
CONDITIONS
-Fixed-rate AED 5,000 + commission. Total from AED 10.000 and more.
-Bonus for exceeding targets.
-NOTE: We don’t provide a visa for the first 3 months of the probation period. We provide a visa after 3 months.
