Position: Talent Acquisition Officer
Reports to: Senior manager – Talent Acquisition & Development
Provides support in sourcing, screening, and recruiting the best talent to fill the vacant positions with the supervision of the Group Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Ensure complete approval of ATR (Application to Recruit) before initiating the search
Interfaces with the Group Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to understand basic requirement of the job vacancy
Post the job vacancies on the career portal and other relevant job boards
Utilizes online social and professional networking sites to connect with the potential passive candidates.
Screen applications and source qualified candidates
Facilitate all phases of recruitment process. Screen and route resume’s, schedule or conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates to the hiring manager for further interview, conduct reference checks, present offers, secure acceptance and send out rejection letters.
Validate the offer letter to ensure compliance with the internal grading system and approved salary scale.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
HR Certification
Preferred Experience:
Must have at least 1-3 years of recruiting experience
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
