Head Chef for a Private VIP Palace

We are looking to a hire Head Chef for a Private VIP Palace in Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
● Experience with healthy lifestyle cuisine
● Culinary degree
● 5+ years experience producing quality cuisine
● Valid passport
● Flexible and hands on but can manage a team
● Willingness to undergo a 5-7 day paid food trial.
They prefer European chef or from SA, EU, UK, AUS, NZ, and should have experience as private chef, yacht chef or can be from hotel or fine dining restaurant, but 30’s ideal, maybe 40’s,
