Landscape Designer Internship

Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities
Prepare designs, specifications, calculations, drawings, and risk assessments for new build projects from a landscape design perspective.
Actively engage in the design & development of the public realm and landscape aspects of the projects.
Ensure complete compliance to project specifications and relevant international standards.
Make design modifications/improvements to ongoing projects to meet changing scope requirements.
Provide project manage.ment and team leadership for the preparation of concept, scheme, and detailed design calculations and drawings for structural projects.
Lead the design and presentation of high-quality landscape concept drawings and reports.
Participate in writing technical proposals, estimating levels of effort, work plans, and schedules.
Demonstrate an understanding of key design-related computer programs such as BIM, Adobe suites, and 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up.
Drawings 2D and make 3D renders.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in the following programs is a must: AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up (or similar 3D programs), In-Design, Illustrator, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be organized, proactive, and prioritize multiple tasks both independently and with the team.
